Do you want to move your performance to the next level but have been stymied? Do you feel like you have trained hard, but on the day, you don't have a good performance? Do you know why and more importantly, do you want to do something about it?

Then consider Sport Psychology to improve mental toughness and improve performance. Running and triathlon are endurance sports. You train hard (perhaps) yet can't maintain the level of performance you want during a race. You need to be physically prepared and as well, mentally prepared. Even if you train hard, if you give up, you won't do your best.

So what does your training look like? Do you have specific physical goals for each workout? Do you have mental goals for your workout? If not, why not? And, what should they be?

Bulletin !!!!

On Saturday March 3, 2012, Theresa Dugwell attempted to enter the Guiness World Book of Records for the longest distance run on a treadmill for a woman in 12 hours. She ran at the North York YMCA starting at 12:30 AM and finished at 12:30 PM.

Theresa ran for a total of 93.43 KM and in doing so now holds the women's world record for this distance on a treadmill.

Theresa is the co-author of 'Power Source For Women'. As her coach, I could not be more pleased to acknowledge her incredible accomplishment. Way to go Theresa !!
